Turchin Center's Warhol Exhibition Inspires Canned Food Drive to Help Local Families

During its Member Preview on November 6, 2008, its public Fall Exhibition Celebration on November 7, 2008, and throughout the Warhol exhibition until February 7, 2009, the Turchin Center invites guests to bring canned goods to provide much needed support for local families over the coming winter months. The food will be taken regularly to the Hunger and Health Coalition to help stock their pantry.

Appalachian State University Promotes Turchin Center Director to Assistant Vice Chancellor

Appalachian State University has promoted Turchin Center for the Visual Arts (TCVA) Director and Chief Curator Hank Foreman to Assistant Vice Chancellor for Arts & Cultural Affairs.
